It tastes better than store bought honey, too. There's a summer blend here that is dark, rich, and amazing.

What I like about the natra-bio, is it helps my son with is stomach, too.

It's gotten a good response from people, but always remember, everyone is different so what works for some doesn't for others.

A tip about honey: It's good to raise blood sugar.

My son had a bad stomach bug when he was four and he got dehydrated quickly. He started passing out on me and I took him to the ER room and they found his blood sugar was at 40. So scary....They gave him fluids and glucose and he was better within an hour.

So now, I'm very vigilant about him having Gatorade and honey when he has a fever or stomach bug. A teaspoon of honey under the tongue is not only good for the soul but good for sugar levels--

My youngest girl is showing signs of allergies. Another way that I help her is by feeding her locally harvested honey. It helps put some of the local pollens IN her body so that her system starts to recognize it and doesn't fight it so badly. I'll have to try the more "homeopathic" remidies to help her as well. Thanks again. Have a great day.

Comment on A Low-Budget Dinner for Two: Corn Crisped Chicken

Sides are tough.

I'm always staring in my pantry, tapping my finger on the wall for an idea.

Salad is easy! ha! I do the same thing, but yeah, I'll bee adding sides in later articles.

He's doing well, thank you--

Thanks for adding in the side dishes. That's where I get stuck and we end up having salad with everything. I hope Levi is better.

</rdf:RDF>
